Pregnancy yoga will nourish expectant mothers during their journey.

It is an opportunity to connect your mind and body and give you time to bond with your growing baby.

Pregnancy yoga will assist you in improving circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and help prepare you for labour and birth. It can also help alleviate discomforts such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.

This safe and supportive class provides the space for you to connect with other expectant mums.

Pregnancy Yoga Mini Retreat


Sunday 2nd February 2pm - 4.30pm

A day to nurture yourself - for expectant Mums to be.

Join me for a beautiful 2.5 hours of YOU time. Take time for you during your pregnancy. Ease your body and mind into a blissful state while moving your body safely and taking time to connect with your baby, learn breathing techniques and leave feeling replenished.

Pregnancy doesn’t have to be a time where you don’t do the things you love. It's a time for change but we must learn to embrace this magical change and learn to be with our bodies. 

What we'll do:
  • We will begin with a short mediation to arrival in body and mind followed by gentle movement based yoga practice to ease any aches and niggles and gently stretch your pregnant body then moving into a flow.
  • We will incorporate breathing practices to find space in our hearts to calm and ground body and mind.
  • We’ll take up some delicious restorative postures for pregnancy, where you can really let your body deeply relax and find stillness in your mind.
  • Finally a yoga nidra (a deep guided relaxation) for pregnancy where you can really enjoy some time to let go and just be in your body.
  • We’ll close our mini retreat with a delicious refreshments - cake (of course!), healthy homemade nutritious treats & and refreshing drinks, and taking some time together to share and connect with liked-minded pregnant women.
  • We’ll also diffuse essential oils to aid relaxation throughout.
You will leave feeling nourished, connected and so content - really ready to enjoy the rest of your pregnancy with love and calmness.

No previous yoga experience is necessary - open to EVERYONE from 14 weeks right up to birth.
