I started Kula Yoga with Emma over a year ago to get fit after having my daughter.

Her style of teaching is to not only teach the poses but to incorporate different themes of yoga in our daily busy lives. Emma's classes are very relaxed and all levels are welcome.

I now consider Yoga a way of life on and off the mat thanks to Emma and really look forward to her classes.

"I was recommended to attend Emma's classes by my osteopath following a snow boarding accident. As a complete novice Emma's relaxed friendly yoga sessions have had a dramatic effect on my flexibility and completely relieved my lower back pain.

I look forward to each weekly session and find them both testing and incredibly relaxing after a stressful day at work. Emma has a very calming nature that puts you in the zone to get the most out of your practice.

I recommend Emma to all my friends and if you take the steps to try Kula Yoga it will make a difference to your life and health."

"Emma's gentle holding and guidance always provides a calm space for me to unravel in my practice - she seems to know what is needed and facilitates her lessons from her heart.

I love the community she has built with her yoga and highly recommend visiting her classes whatever stage you are at in your practice."

"As a beginner to yoga, I found Emma's classes relaxed and welcoming. She has a warm teaching style and I was surprised how quickly I felt the physical and mental benefits of practicing yoga.

As a working mother, Emma's classes are an ideal way to both exercise and relax. Time well spent."
