Prefect way to reset and unwind after the busy Christmas period.
Feeling tired, stressed or just need some time out from your daily activities?
Come and join myself and fellow yoga teacher and body worker Sheri to reset your physical body and quiten your mind.
We will lead you through a healing workshop with tools to take home and integrate into your daily life to ease stresses and anxiety.
You will be guided through meditations, breathing techniques and postures and explore affirmations and conscious sharing/listening. You will learn important methods to draw upon in times of stress and reap the benefits of this relaxing and transformative workshop.
Limited spaces - advised to book early.
Some knowledge of yoga required.
